    • Description: ‘Spain’ is a medium maturity (130-140 days), high oleic, Virginia market type peanut with very large pods and seeds. It has a semi-prostrate growth habit with a moderate center stem and moderate vine growth. Spain has good resistance to spotted wilt (TSWV) and has demonstrated excellent pod yield and a high proportion of fancy pods and extra-large kernels . Grade of Spain has been good, especially given the fact that it has such large seeds and pods.
