Southern Highbush Blueberry Variety
Description: ‘Patrecia’ is an early maturing variety which may be a valuable alternative to many growers in Florida and south Georgia. Plants of ‘Patrecia’ produce firm, large, oblate berries that mature just after fruit of ‘Springhigh’ (U.S. Patent PP16,404). Berries of ‘Patrecia’ grow in tight clusters, which will likely make machine harvesting this variety very difficult.
